GOV Films is conglomeration of US film industry experts. It has been established to promote the production of ‘Green-Organic films’. Its partners are made of world renowned industry experts from all aspect of television and motion picture production. Most of its members have proven track records of over 30 years in the industry and have been involved in the production of award winning television series and motion pictures. These include Academy Award winning Hollywood blockbusters and award winning television series broadcast by companies such as Discovery Channel, National Geographic, BBC to name a few. GOV Films partners include, Richard Martin of Star Circle Pictures, Jay Evans, Gracie and Paul Atkins of Moana Productions, Ben & Johnathan of BlueWaterMultimedia LLC, and Osler and Mark of HDology.

Richard Martine of Star Circles Pictures: In addition to producing several feature films he is a leading expert in production distribution and management.

Jay Evans: A talented and experienced editor and owner of one of the best and most complete postproduction facilities.

Gracie Atkins of Moana Productions: In addition to being an award-winning sound mixer for documentaries, commercials and TV movies, she is president of two production companies which have made countless television documentary series’ and several independent full length award winning motion pictures. Her credits include award-winning BBC and National Geographic TV Specials, as well as being a line producer for a number of other documentaries or segments for TV and IMAX. In Hawaii the Atkins have produced several commercials and dramatic shorts.
